Howe Hall AIMS
Howe Hall AIMS (Arts Infused Magnet School) is based in Goose Creek, SC and serves K-5th Grade. While other schools have restricted the arts because of budget limitations, Howe Hall, by contrast, includes the arts as an essential component of the curriculum. In addition to core academic subjects, the students also engage in dance, drama, music, visual art, physical education and Spanish. There is neither an audition nor do children need to be gifted in the arts to attend this school. Applications are taken each spring and a lottery is conducted to determine enrollment for the coming year. Winning applicants are able to attend the school (as well as their siblings, if space permits).
