Gracen Tilton

Gracen Tilton grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Hospitality, Retail, and Tourism Management. After graduation, she set her sights on the Lowcountry and quickly made Charleston home, joining the Marshall Walker Group as both a licensed real estate agent and full-time Operations Manager.

As a third-generation broker, real estate has always been part of her story, and she brings a strong foundation in sales, negotiation, and client service to every transaction in the Charleston market.

Gracen is committed not only to achieving the best possible results for her clients, but also to building lasting relationships rooted in trust, communication, and genuine care—relationships that continue well beyond the closing table. As a transplant to Charleston herself, she specializes in helping buyers relocate to the area and find homes that truly fit their lifestyle and needs.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® (CTAR), and holds the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), HPS (Historic Property Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) & AHWD (At Home With Diversity) designations.
