We recently purchased a new home in Summerville, SC and were impressed with the degree of detail and professionalism that Cheryl Vincent provided us.  We were moving from out of state and could not be in South Carolina for some of the process. 

From the onset, she listened to our requests and interests in a house to help us find a house that met our needs.  She guided us through the entire process with frequent updates and reminders to keep us on track.

We just moved to the Charleston area in July 2008. After getting to know the area we decided to buy a home. Not knowing anyone in the area and hiring a Realtor was a big step so I knew I had to find someone who I could trust. When I spoke to Cheryl and explained to her that we were first time home buyers and that we were new to the area she was very excited to help us out.
Cheryl took the time to make sure everything was covered and thought of things that protected us from some major expenses that I never knew about. Cheryl Vincent did a great job finding me the perfect lot in Edisto Beach!

Although I wanted to find something at Edisto, I was not sure I would be able to afford a lot to one day build a beach cottage. We looked at all kinds of places and she educated me on all that I would need to consider when buying land.

I was willing to be patient to find the perfect place and she never gave up on me. I live out of town and Cheryl would send me several listings in different locations and we would then go travel on Saturdays when I came to Charleston. 

I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I would not have found the perfect spot without her diligence and hard work!
