The following restrictions apply (please see the zoning overlay ordinance for complete and additional details): (a) the use is limited to office/professional uses (retail sale and industrial uses are specifically prohibited); (b) business hours are limited to between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM; (c) a vegetated buffer is required (15-feet on Highway 17 and 20-feet along the rear and side property lines); (d) no single structure shall exceed 3000 sq. ft. in size (it appears that multiple structures are permitted on a single site); and (e) the maximum building cover is 30% of the buildable area.
