My favorite is the balcony off the front bedroom, overlooking the park.7). The neighborhood park is perfect for walking your dog and getting some exercise yourself. James Island County Park is only a mile away, where there's lot of jogging trails and a huge dog park.8). With a newer house, you will spend your weekends having fun, not doing house maintenance.9). Speaking of weekends, you can take the backroad to Folly Beach, which means you're only three traffic lights from Folly Beach. More time for you on the beach, and less in your car. 10). It's only three years old, so it's really energy efficient, which means utility bills are very low.And one bonus reason.....11). There's no flood insurance needed, it is not in a flood zone. The regular home insurance is very low too, because it's a newer house, and even the neighborhood HOA fees is kept low, because the neighbors run it themselves.
