It's definitely a busy time of year. We are right in the middle of the Holiday season! Why would I consider purchasing a home in the Charleston area now? I'll wait until after the New Year--thank you very much!
Okay, you and everyone else!! RIGHT NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY! Most people are busy getting their last minute shopping done, making those cookies and preparing for Santa's big arrival. ...Not to mention the stress of getting together with family and traveling to everywhere USA.
You have all the properties to yourself--Right Now! If you wait until after the New Year the competition will be fierce. Why not get out there now and find the home before you're back to multiple offers and playing the bidding game??
