Did you know that the VA does not have a cap on how much a borrower can borrow to finance a loan?
What does this mean? The VA recently changed their regulations and now allow borrowers to borrow beyond the County Loan Limit if they have full entitlement. When this happens the loan is considered a VA Jumbo. Check out the County Loan Limits Attached. And the next time you are considered purchasing using your VA entitlement, check up on what you are truly eligible for.
