Katie (Fred) Frederick

Real estate runs in the family for Katie “Fred” Frederick. For four generations, dating back to 1904, Katie’s family has been serving the needs of real estate investors and business owners, helping them buy, sell, lease, and manage apartment buildings and commercial real estate.

She grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from the College of Charleston in 2007.

Residing in Charleston for more than 20 years, Katie understands the local market and works hard to ensure her clients meet their goals.

Businesses appreciate her ability to simplify complex real estate transactions, so they can stay focused on building and managing their business.

In her free time, Katie coordinates first-time buyer seminars and business coaching seminars. She also coaches JV lacrosse at James Island Charter High School. Living in a digital era, Katie understands the importance of real-life connections and founded Chucktown Social, a social sports and networking group, in 2012.
