Gia Lee

Gia, a Broker Associate with 10 years experience, was raised in Kansas City and attended college and graduate school in New York City.

After early careers in acting off-Broadway and teaching at independent schools in NYC, she met her husband in Charleston in 2007, and left the Big Apple behind for a sunnier, friendlier life in the Holy City. Gia specializes in neighborhoods near her own home in Old Windermere, including downtown, West Ashley, and James Island, as well as Johns Island, North Charleston, the Upper Peninsula and Hanahan.

Some of her favorite neighborhoods in West Ashley include Avondale, Moreland and Ashley Forest. Gia enjoys cooking (and eating!) Szechuan food with her three children and husband, the cookbook author Matt Lee.
