DELICIA DEEN

Delicia Deen grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and came to Charleston in 1995 on soccer scholarship to the College of Charleston, where she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Geology.  After spending 8 years in Charleston's thriving Hospitality and Tourism industry, she decided it was time for a change and embarked upon a career in the real estate industry.

She spent her first 2 years learning the ropes as a buyer's agent with Haskins-Martin, a highly successful team within Keller Williams. In order to round out her career, Delicia decided it was time to focus on the listing side and joined Marshall Walker and his team as a listing specialist. From there, Marshall Walker and his team split off from Keller Williams and opened a small, agile and locally owned real estate brokerage.
