In July 2020 a new HVAC system was installed. In 2013 new roof shingles were installed. There is no mandatory HOA fee, but there is a voluntary annual maintenance fee of approximately $200 requested from all of the home owners whose lots are located on Lake Cooper. We are told this annual fee pays for the lake maintenance and insurance.
