Unfortunately, Bennett died shortly after the house was constructed and in the 1920s, his widow rented portions of the house as apartments. Significant original historical details include the unique multi-colored windows on both front floors and around the door, four original mantels, wall trim, flooring and staircases. First and second floors have high ceilings and original fireplaces in front two rooms. Owners have recently repaired the roof. The property needs significant restoration and is sold as is.
