The institutions are expanding the programs available and the students bodies are increasing every year. As a result more rentals will be needed through single family/multifamily homes, apartment building and breaking land for new developments, this will increase the demand for Short Term Rentals for visiting families and friends.

College of Charleston

Founded in 1770, the first municipal college in America was built in 1724. Present main building designed by eminent Philadelphia architect William Strickland, built 1828.



MUSC Division of Education Innovation & Student Life

The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina

The Citadel was established in 1842 and is located on the Ashley River. Best known for its Corp of Cadets, which is one of the largest uniformed student bodies in the US.

The Culinary Institute of Charleston at Trident Technical College teaches the technical skills required to succeed in the highly competitive culinary and hospitality fields.



American College Of The Building Arts



The American College of the Building Arts (ACBA) is the only college in the United States that fully integrates professional training in the traditional building trades with a liberal arts core curriculum.
