Alex Alchimio

Alex is a licensed professional with a REALTOR designation through Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. She began her career in Real Estate several years ago, after completing an intense year-long program in Commercial Real Estate Practice at Boston University.

After leaving a pressing but successful career in B2B consumer goods, Alex wasn’t sure if she wanted to continue in sales but was urged by her industry-leading mentor to obtain her real estate license.

One thing led to another, and Alex joined a team of agents where she successfully produced a multi-million-dollar book of business. A few years ago, when life went virtual, Alex and her husband took the opportunity to leave the cold coming off New England, packed up one car and headed down south to build a life in the Lowcountry.

Alex also owns a successful Transaction Management firm where she has facilitated closings for hundreds of real estate transactions. With compounded experience and high-level negotiation
skills, Alex can get even the toughest transactions to the closing table.

Alex is a proud resident of Charleston’s quaint upper-peninsula neighborhood, Wagener Terrace. She loves telling anyone who will listen, how wonderful it truly is. Whether they be Charlestonians looking for local expert advice or out-of-towners looking to relocate, Alex has proven success in both areas to provide a second-to-none client experience.
