PARK WEST is one of the quintessential neighborhoods in Mt Pleasant, north of the Isle Of Palms connector. Within Park West you have a plethora of retail, commercial, residential, medical and recreational businesses as well as Laurel Hill and Charles Pinckney Elementary Schools and Cario Middle School.

The Park West amenities are many. Adult and children classes are given throughout the year for your enjoyment as well as summer camps for the children. 

The residential ranges from condos and townhomes in the $100k range and up. Single family detached homes start in the $200k range up to several million.
