Inside a true foyer has been created complete with wainscoting using the original widow frames, a drop zone bench and under stair closet (that was the original pantry). The wood banisters and stairs have all been stripped down and sanded to reveal the beautifully aged wood that will be finished with a polyurethane to preserve and protect the wood for years to come. Throughout the house (with the exception of the pantry/laundry room) the original wood floors will be refinished. The entrances to the living room and kitchen have both been opened up to create an easy flow from room to room. ~~ New items include: new electrical throughout the house including wiring and service panel, new plumbing, repaired/replaced any damaged siding and caulked and painted exterior, new metal roof (main roof), resurfaced front porch and laundry room metal roofs, new hvac units and ductwork, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new light fixtures, new windows (except 2 front windows), new plumbing fixtures, new exterior door hardware
