Owner re-finished all the ceilings, added a 6 foot wood privacy fence in the rear yard and replaced all the carpet...this is virtually a new house in every way but in a neighborhood with no HOA, (no fees, no restrictions)...yes you can keep your boat, car, or RV in the rear yard!!! The window blinds and curtain rods convey but the curtains do not! Better hurry this home will not last!!!! Owners just had a home inspection done and it passed with flying colors!
