The Good Hood Café Update

We are now residing in 582 Rutledge Ave. The MarshallWalker.com Group is moved in an albeit we still have some work to do we are very comfortable and functional! We are looking forward to being able to provide the upper peninsula of Charleston real estate services that can only be provided by a brick and mortar establishment - With our advanced Buyer response team and our unparalleled INTERNET marketing and lead response time will give both buyers and sellers the old world customer service that they have been missing....

The Good Hood Café which will also reside at 582 Rutledge is coming along nicely - we have all permits complete except for DHEC - we need to finish the coffee bar counter prior tlo getting the DHEC permit. (this means we need all your spare keys!!)
