Hi, I'm Steve Simon and I live in downtown Charleston with my wife, our three young sons, and Molly our Springer spaniel. We love Charleston, and we love being active members of our community. I serve on the Board of Directors of Jazz Artists of Charleston, The Buist Academy Foundation, and The Turning Leaf Project. My wife is an educator and a member of the District 20 Constituent School Board serving downtown Charleston.
Many people here in Charleston recognize me as a jazz musician but that is only a small part of my story for as the founder and CEO of American Auto Auction Group, I created one of the largest privately owned automotive auction chains in the country. As the founder and CEO of American Life Resources, I created a way for senior citizens and the terminally ill to benefit from their life insurance policies while they were still alive. And, as the co-founder and Vice Chairman of Merchants Commercial Bank I helped families realize their dreams of homeownership and beyond.
Today, after being retired for a few short years, I have joined the Marshall Walker Group to continue to make a difference in my community, and in the lives of others.
My passionate attention to detail, my innovative approach to marketing, and my inspired commitment to always exceed expectations are attributes that have served me well over the past 40 years of building successful national service businesses. As your Realtor, I bring to you all of my experience, along with my earnest commitment to help you to realize your dreams.
I know Charleston, I know our neighborhoods, and I know our schools. Whether you are looking to sell your house or purchase a new home, I can help you. So, give me a call or send me an email and let's get together.
